Booming Games Names Ally McIvor as Chief of Sales.
Booming Games has appointed Ally McIvor as Chief of Sales, creating a new senior leadership role aimed at strengthening operator partnerships, improving sales operations and supporting the company’s international expansion.
The Malta-based iGaming supplier has named Ally McIvor as its new Chief of Sales as it seeks to reinforce its commercial strategy and accelerate growth across global markets.
McIvor brings more than seven years of experience in the iGaming industry, having held commercial and operational positions at Microgaming, Games Global and iSoftBet.
In her new role, she will oversee the company’s entire sales department, with all sales team members reporting directly to her. She will work closely with Chief Commercial Officer Michael Waterfield to align sales activities with Booming Games’ broader business objectives.
The appointment comes as the supplier continues to expand its portfolio of more than 300 slot games and strengthen its presence among operators in regulated markets.
McIvor to Oversee Sales Strategy and Operator Partnerships
McIvor’s professional background covers business development, commercial operations, customer relationship management and strategic partnerships.
At Booming Games, she will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing existing operator relationships and improving the effectiveness of the company’s sales strategy.
The newly established position is intended to give the sales department dedicated leadership, helping the supplier balance new customer acquisition with the development of long-term commercial partnerships.
McIvor has already represented the company at industry gatherings, including the SBC Summit Lisbon in September, where she engaged with customers and potential business partners.
Commenting on her appointment, McIvor described Booming Games as a fast-growing supplier whose commercial strategy must keep pace with its expansion plans.
She said she intends to strengthen the sales team by applying the knowledge and experience she has gained during more than seven years in the iGaming sector.
McIvor also highlighted the importance of identifying untapped commercial opportunities while maintaining a direct, relationship-focused approach to working with customers.
Booming Games Expands Its Commercial Leadership Team
McIvor will report to Chief Commercial Officer Michael Waterfield, with both executives working to ensure the company’s sales operations support its wider growth ambitions.
The new structure is expected to improve accountability within the commercial division while helping Booming Games identify priority markets, strengthen operator relationships and pursue new revenue opportunities.
Waterfield welcomed McIvor’s appointment, noting that her experience would strengthen the company’s commercial leadership.
He said the addition of a Chief of Sales would help establish a leadership team capable of supporting Booming Games’ ambitions and maintaining its intended pace of expansion.

Waterfield also emphasised the importance of sharpening the company’s focus on key markets and operators while improving its ability to convert commercial opportunities into business growth.
Supporting Booming Games’ International Expansion
The appointment comes as Booming Games continues to develop its slot portfolio and broaden its distribution network across international markets.
By introducing a dedicated Chief of Sales position, the supplier aims to strengthen its internal sales structure and adopt a more targeted approach to business development and customer retention.
McIvor’s leadership will play a role in coordinating these efforts as the company pursues new operator partnerships and builds on its existing commercial relationships.
The move highlights Booming Games’ focus on strengthening its commercial capabilities as competition among iGaming content suppliers continues to intensify.
