Allwyn Appoints Fredrik Ögren as Group CTO.

Allwyn has appointed former Betsson Group executive Fredrik Ögren as Group Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Ögren will report to Kresimir Spajic, CEO of Allwyn Digital, and will be responsible for the lottery and gaming group’s technology strategy across its operations.
His remit will include the development of Allwyn’s technology infrastructure and platforms, as well as supporting its digital products and operations across different markets.
Ögren joins Allwyn after five years as CTO at Betsson Group, where he was responsible for the iGaming operator’s technology strategy and the development of its platforms across multiple regulated markets.
As part of the management changes, Brett Cross, who had been serving as Allwyn’s interim CTO, will move into the newly created position of CTO, Global Lottery & Deputy Group CTO. He will report to Ögren.
