iGB L!VE to Return to Amsterdam’s RAI After Two-Year London Stint
iGB’s parent company, WorldGaming, has confirmed that its B2B and affiliate event, iGB L!VE, will return to its former home at RAI Amsterdam after a two-year absence in London.
The B2B and affiliate event spent 12 years in Amsterdam before moving to London’s ExCeL. Its return follows strong feedback from exhibitors and attendees who prefer the Dutch capital.
Organisers also plan to introduce iGB L!VE 2.0. They describe the upgrade as “a complete, purpose-built evolution rather than just a venue change”.
Stuart Hunter, Managing Director – Live, said industry stakeholders repeatedly raised the issue during the event’s time in London.
“Whilst we are responsible for governing the delivery of the show, iGB L!VE really belongs to the community and it was clear about what they loved, but equally honest about what needed to evolve. We realised that listening wasn’t enough, it was time to act,” Hunter said.
The event began as the iGaming Super Show in Prague in 2010. It moved from Dublin to Amsterdam in 2013 before adopting the iGB L!VE name in 2018.
The event remained in Amsterdam for 12 years. WorldGaming later moved it to London after relocating its February events, ICE and iGBA, to Barcelona.
