The foundation of the reform is the concentration of gaming operations in safe, regulated venues and a single, uniform distance that is applicable throughout the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long-awaited safeguards include limits on bets and winnings, required training for suppliers, dealers, and operators, strengthened self-exclusion measures, specified minimum standards for gambling establishments, and a ban on betting on underage sporting events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These reforms aim to strengthen the second-largest market in Europe, which is already robust.
