The regulator highlighted failures to adhere to established standards as the primary reason for the licence cancellation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effective from 11 March 2026, the MGA rescinded the authorisation of Winzon Group Limited, identified by reference number MGA\/B2C\/717\/2019. The authority announced this decision on 7 April, citing its authority under regulation 10(2)(b) of the Gaming Compliance and Enforcement Regulations. In addition to the licence cancellation, the MGA mandated the company to inform its players of the termination, facilitate the return of player funds, provide detailed transaction records and bank statements, remove all references to its MGA licence from its branding, and settle any outstanding fees.
