GR8 Tech, a provider of high-performance iGaming solutions, has partnered with Gaming Operations Academy (GOA) to introduce the Advanced Sportsbook Management course. This program is tailored for experienced professionals seeking to enhance their sportsbook strategies.
The course is aimed at decision-makers and senior team members such as sportsbook managers, marketing leaders, founders, and C-level executives. It covers more than the fundamentals, exploring advanced topics like differentiating in a crowded market, increasing player retention, managing margins effectively, improving user experience, refining acquisition strategies, and creating gamified experiences for next-generation players.
Kyle Lawson, a veteran sportsbook manager and business analyst with over a decade of experience in pricing strategies, risk management, and leading sportsbook teams in both crypto and fiat environments, will lead the training. Alongside him, experts from GR8 Tech—Head of Sportsbook Product Vlad Andrusenko and CRM Product Manager Kateryna Shevchenko—will contribute their specialized insights and conduct live demonstrations of their products.
